Camden Yards Job Fair

The Camden Yards Job Fair took place on Tuesday August 1^st and two of our Clubhouse Colleagues went for interviews. We started by filling out a short application with some of our information and we brought our resumes with us to the job fair. We only had to wait in line for 10-15 minutes, even though there were a lot of people there to interview, it went by pretty quickly.

 

The interviews were in a one-on-one style where they asked a few questions including what positions we were interested in, I was interested in ushering, ticket taking, or greeting. One question they asked me was “Why do you want this job?” I responded that I just like being around people and this job would be good for that. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview and I would say that the Interview went well, and no matter what it was a learning experience that can help me in the future. Mishe, who went with me, was offered a job while we were still there and that was very exciting for her.
