A: It varies depending on how much money you make.

A: It took months. I did the application.

A: Getting food stamps saves you from having to spend your Social Security income. It's major to have food in the house and to stay in your budget.
Q: What is the process for the re-determination process?
A: It's tough. Filling out the form, and people tell you it's going to come and it never does. It sucks.
Q: Once you start receiving food stamps, what is the first item you want to buy?
A: Hamburgers.
